Physical Therapy

BFR uses specialized equipment that safely modifies blood flow and when combined with exercise is able to produce rapid gains in strength using low loads typically required during injury.
Manual Therapy
Hands on techniques to help with your specific dysfunctions that are contributing to your performance. Techniques includes are myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, stretching, muscle energy, strain-counterstrain, and mobilization with movement.
Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Instrumented soft tissue mobilization uses specially designed instruments to treat myofascial restrictions.
Dry Needling
Safe and effective technique using a monofilament needle to into the body to stimulate a healing response for neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction. It is often used in conjunction with other treatments to resolve movement dysfunction.
Taping
Using a variety of methods include kinesiotape, rock tape and leukotape to help stimulate muscle activation, combat swelling, and provide support.
Modalities
Therapeutic agents to help reduce pain, facilitate healing, and restore function. Current modalities include Ultrasound Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) Iontophoresis.
Sports Recovery Session
