BFR uses specialized equipment that safely modifies blood flow and when combined with exercise is able to produce rapid gains in strength using low loads typically required during injury.

Hands on techniques to help with your specific dysfunctions that are contributing to your performance. Techniques includes are myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, stretching, muscle energy, strain-counterstrain, and mobilization with movement.

Safe and effective technique using a monofilament needle to into the body to stimulate a healing response for neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction. It is often used in conjunction with other treatments to resolve movement dysfunction.

Using a variety of methods include kinesiotape, rock tape and leukotape to help stimulate muscle activation, combat swelling, and provide support.
